I added a new user but he/she cannot see any leads or manage the listings.

The ability to see leads and manage listings depends on the level of access the user has.

Basic users can generally only view their own leads/listings, whereas Data and System Administrators (who are usually managers), have more control over listings and leads. In the Studio, go to Admin > My Users and select the new user. Inside the new screen, scroll down to where their list of Roles is displayed.

You can double-click on each of the roles and tick the “Manager” box to give the user control over that role.
