I am not getting any AutoPlay Lead Notification from Trade Me / Web site anymore.

If you are not getting a Trade Me notification, then you have to contact Trade Me to check it.

If you are not getting an AutoPlay notification but do get a Trade Me notification, you can do a quick check by clicking on the ‘Reply’ to this customer link on the Trade Me notification. It should open up your email client. Look at the email addresses. If it is missing an Autoplay email. (e.g. dealer-a@autoplay.co.nz) then you have to call Trade Me to add this email back to your Trade Me account. AutoPlay’s email  is required in your notification list for the Lead notification to work.

If you are not getting both Trade Me and AutoPlay notification emails. You have to contact Trade Me directly.
