How to Update & Maintain Your Customer Database
As of May 2017 we have improved how user can update customer details with the Sales Pipeline.
We now display the customer licence details with the New Lead screen to make it more obvious if you are missing any licence details. This also allows users to quickly and easily update any missing information that was missed in the Drivers Licence scan.
In addition we've beefed up the process of updating customer details when loading a new lead. If the details captured for customer differ from those already against the customer in the database it is now possible to pick and choose which details you want to keep or discard.
For those dealerships with integration they need to be particularly observant about ensuring they check the customers information and update accordingly.
