Launching late 2016 AutoPlay has built a new screen available to BMW dealerships to help them manage Prospecting and CRM Activity sent from their DMS.  This allows salespeople to manage their activity in one system - the AutoPlay Sales Pipeline.

Within the new screen users can;
  • Record attempted contact
  • Successful contact
  • Add the customer to a database for future Live Leads targeting
  • View the original Lead
  • Create a new Lead and measure conversion of Prospect/CRM Activity to Leads
