My images / Vehicle Details on Trade Me are not updating. They are correct on AutoPlay.

An easy way to check where the issue lies is to access Autobase.co.nz and compare its images / vehicle details with those of TradeMe.

AutoPlay exports your data to Autobase, and TradeMe pulls your data from there.

If your images and vehicle details are not correct on Autobase, the issue is probably with AutoPlay’s data export, so please contact us to resolve it.

On the other hand, if all your images and vehicle details are correct on Autobase as well, the issue lies with Trade Me.

This is a reasonably  common issue, and fastest results will be obtained by contacting Trade Me directly.
